Meet Dr. Rhoda Wolle

Dr. Rhoda Wolle serves as Vice President of Organizational Development for the global mission organization Kingdom Workers. As such, she supports cultural alignment throughout the organization as well as member care, evangelism mentoring, new ministry field development, and strategic plan management. Her personal and professional mission is to celebrate what Jesus has done and to help equip Christians to serve their neighbor with their God-given gifts. She is a former Dean and Professor at Wisconsin Lutheran College and has also taught high school English and coached. As an educational psychologist, Rhoda has taught workshops on four continents and has spoken to thousands of educators, parents, and teens on the topics of student success and the science of thriving. She is the cohost of the podcast 5toThrive, and has authored multiple books. She serves on the Boards of Friends Network, Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School, and Wisconsin Lutheran College. She is a member of St. Marcus Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, WI. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, music, reading, golf, sailing, animals and walks with her dog along the shore of Lake Michigan.
